Rosie Lastra: From Grief to Global Healing

 

When I lost my 37-year-old son, Jeremy, to a rare and aggressive form of liver cancer, my world shattered. I found myself in the deepest valley, physically, emotionally, and spiritually depleted. But in that darkness, something sacred stirred.

 

Through faith, intentional healing, and divine guidance, I rose, not just to survive, but to serve. During Jeremy’s final months, I combined hospital care with holistic practices such as Reiki and blue-light therapy. Against all odds, and to the amazement of his doctors, Jeremy’s life was extended by four more precious months.  

 

became a turning point. I had not only witnessed a miracle; I had helped co-create one.

 

Out of that sacred journey, I founded Jeremy’s Unity Flight, a digital sanctuary and healing movement that bridges Western medicine and Eastern wellness, science and soul.

It’s a space where people navigating illness, loss, and emotional trauma can reclaim their strength, rewrite their story, and rediscover joy in the midst of pain.

 

My Mission

After walking through unimaginable loss and facing my own health battles, I discovered that healing isn’t about choosing between science or faith, it’s about uniting the two.

 

Today, as a Transformational Healing & Confidence Coach, I help men and women ages 35–65 navigate life’s hardest valleys, grief, illness, and trauma and rise stronger on the other side.

 

Through my Faith + Science Integration Coaching, I empower clients to:

I believe healing is both a spiritual journey and a scientific process.

With practical, evidence-based tools and deep spiritual wisdom, I guide people to move beyond fear, restore balance in mind, body, and spirit, and embrace the life they were created to live.

 

Because no matter the loss or setback, your story isn’t over, you were made to rise.

 

My Background and Training

My qualifications are rooted in both life experience and years of study.

I am a Certified Reiki Healer and Trauma-Informed Coach with professional development that began in 2014 under respected mentors including Derron Walker, Yvette & Dave Ulloa, Johnny Wimbrey, Mark Accetta, Matt Morris, and Sara Thompson, an executive coach and educator who has coached leaders at Google and the University of Illinois.

 

I have also studied natural healing through the lineage of Dr. Sebi, gaining deep insight into the body’s ability to repair itself through proper nutrition, energetic balance, and spiritual alignment.

 

My mentorship journey continues to be shaped by Dr. Wayne Dyer, Mel Robbins, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Deepak Chopra, whose teachings inspire my integration of mindset, energy, and soul work into every aspect of healing.

 

My Legacy and Purpose

Through my forthcoming nonprofit, The Jeremy Lastra Foundation, I will extend this mission by supporting families facing financial hardship due to illness or disability.

Every offering, whether a coaching session, healing concert, or guided resource, is infused with purpose and grounded in my son’s legacy.

I am living proof that pain does not get the final word, purpose does.

My work is a tribute to Jeremy’s life and a gift to anyone seeking real, holistic healing in a world that often forgets the soul.

Name & Soul Meaning, Maria Rosalia

The name Maria Rosalia means “The graceful rose of divine love.”

 

It reflects a spirit of compassion, remembrance, and spiritual awakening through Christ’s love.

 

In biblical reflection, the number 11 symbolizes revelation and divine alignment, a reminder that God often calls His messengers to shine light in times of darkness and to guide others toward healing and wholeness.

 

My essence is that of a rose planted by God, blooming in faith, peace, and transformation.
