Rosie Lastra: From Grief to Global Healing

 

When I lost my 37-year-old son, Jeremy, to a rare and aggressive liver cancer, my world collapsed. I entered the deepest valley of my life, physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted.

 

But it was in this darkness that my identity as The Alchemist was born.

 

Through faith, intentional healing, and divine guidance, I rose, not simply to survive, but to serve.

During Jeremy’s final months, I blended Western hospital care with holistic support such as Reiki and blue-light therapy. To the amazement of his medical team,

Jeremy’s life was divinely extended by over four sacred months.

 

This season was a spiritual awakening, a moment where I witnessed a miracle and realized I had helped co-create it.

 

Out of that sacred journey, Jeremy’s Unity Flight emerged, a digital healing sanctuary and global movement that bridges Western medicine with Eastern wellness,

evidence-based healing practices with soul, and grief with purpose.

 

It’s a haven for anyone navigating illness, trauma, loss, or emotional collapse, a place where you can reclaim strength, rewrite your story, and rediscover joy even in the midst of pain.

My Mission

After surviving devastating loss and facing my own health battles, I learned one powerful truth:

Healing is not science OR faith: it is the integration of both.

Today, as a Transformational Healing & Confidence Coach, and as The Alchemist, “I help people 35 to 65 facing grief, trauma, or serious illness, find hope, strength, and clarity through faith, evidence-based healing practices, and transformational travel.”

 

Through my Faith + evidence-based healing practices Integration Coaching, I empower people to:

        Transform grief into growth
         Rebuild resilience, confidence, and emotional balance
         Support the body’s natural healing
         Live with clarity, purpose, and renewed identity

 

Healing is both a scientific process and a spiritual journey.

Using evidence-based tools, energy healing, and spiritual wisdom, I guide clients to move beyond fear, restore mind-body-spirit harmony, and embrace the life God created them to live.

 

Because no matter the loss, purpose wins, not pain.

My expertise comes from both lived experience and over a decade of formal and spiritual study.

 

I am a Certified Reiki Healer, Alchemist, Trauma-Informed Coach, and lifelong student of integrative healing and transformational work.

Through my forthcoming nonprofit, The Jeremy Lastra Foundation, I will support families facing illness, disability, or financial hardship, extending Jeremy’s legacy of compassion and unity.
