Rosie Lastra: From Grief to Global Healing

Rosie Lastra is a mother, healer, and visionary who transformed unimaginable grief into a global mission of healing and hope.

When Rosie lost her 37-year-old son, Jeremy, to a rare and aggressive form of liver cancer, her world shattered. She found herself in the deepest valley physically, emotionally, and spiritually depleted. But in that darkness, something sacred stirred.

Through faith, intentional healing, and spiritual guidance, Rosie rose, not just to survive, but to serve. In Jeremy’s final months, she combined hospital care with holistic practices including Reiki, and blue light therapy. Against all odds, and to the amazement of his doctors, Jeremy’s life was extended by six more precious months. This experience became a turning point. Rosie had not only witnessed a miracle, she had helped co-create it.

Out of that sacred journey, she founded Jeremy’s Unity Flight, a digital sanctuary and healing movement that bridges Western medicine and Eastern wellness, science and soul. It’s a space where people navigating illness, loss, and emotional trauma can reclaim their strength, rewrite their story, and rediscover joy in the middle of the pain.

Rosie’s qualifications are rooted in both life experience and deep study. She is a Certified Reiki Healer and trauma informed coach with training that began in 2014, under respected personal growth leaders including Evett & Dave Ulloa, Derron Walker, Johnny Wimbrey, Mark Accetta, and Matt Morris. While she did not train directly with icons like Dr. Wayne Dyer, Mel Robbins, or Deepak Chopra, their teachings deeply inform her approach, blending ancient wisdom with modern strategies to support true emotional and spiritual healing.

She has also studied natural healing through the lineage of Dr. Sebi, gaining powerful insights into the body’s ability to repair itself with the right support, nutritionally, energetically, and spiritually.

Through her nonprofit The Jeremy Lastra Foundation, soon to come, Rosie will also be supporting families experiencing financial hardship due to illness or disability. Every offering, whether it's coaching, a concert, or a guided healing resource, is infused with purpose, and grounded in the legacy of her son.

Rosie Lastra is living proof that pain doesn’t get the final word, purpose does. Her work is a tribute to Jeremy’s life and a gift to anyone seeking real, holistic healing in a world that often forgets the soul.
