Welcome to the Unity Flight Academy™, the educational and transformational heart of Jeremy's Unity Flight.
Created by Rosie Lastra after the loss of her son Jeremy, the Academy was built for bereaved parents who are ready to move beyond surviving and begin rebuilding their lives with faith, hope, purpose, and practical guidance.
This is more than coaching.
It is a structured learning experience designed to help you understand what happened to you after the loss of your child, restore the parts of yourself that feel broken, and prepare you to step confidently into the life God is still calling you to live.
Every lesson is grounded in The Soldier's Directive Framework™, a faith-centered framework supported by evidence-based healing practices and developed through Rosie's personal journey of restoration.
Whether you complete one academy or continue through the entire pathway, every step brings you closer to becoming the person you were created to be.
YOUR FLIGHT PATH
The Unity Flight Academy™ is made up of four sequential 12-week academies.
Each academy focuses on a different stage of restoration and builds upon the one before it.
You are never expected to complete the entire journey at once.
Every academy stands on its own, includes a graduation ceremony, and celebrates the transformation you've achieved before inviting you to continue to the next level.

THE SOLDIER'S DIRECTIVE™
The teachings throughout the Unity Flight Academy™ are built upon The Soldier's Directive Framework™, which Rosie is currently developing into her upcoming book, The Soldier's Directive™.
As the book continues to grow, its principles are brought to life through live teaching, guided discussion, practical exercises, and real-world application within the Academy.
Students don't simply study the framework.
They learn to live it.

Completing all four academies prepares you for something even greater.
Graduates who successfully complete the entire Unity Flight Academy™ may apply to continue into the Unity Flight Coaching Institute™.
There, you'll receive advanced training in teaching, coaching, leadership, and facilitation while learning how to guide others through The Soldier's Directive Framework™ with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Those who successfully complete the Coaching Institute and meet all certification requirements may earn the designation:
